Distance contract for delivering goods

Buyer orders, buys, and pays but Seller delivers and sells Products according to regulations in this contract. Buyer orders Products by a) filling-in into respective order form in Sellers homepage www.dabasdobe.lv; b) sending an e-mail to dabasdobe@dabasdobe.lv; c) calling to telephone numbers +371 6797 6569 or +371 2600 9897. When ordering, Buyer undertakes to give full information, i.e. name, surname, delivery address and his contact information. Buyer undertakes to inform Seller in time about any kind of changes. Seller delivers ordered Products to the address given by Buyer. For an order under Ls 10, delivery price is Ls 3.50 (in Riga, Jurmala, Sigulda, Adazi, region of Riga). For shopping over Ls 10, delivery price is Ls 1.50 (in Riga, Jurmala, Sigulda, Adazi, region of Riga). Price for delivery to other places in Latvia is Ls 5. Elsewhere in Latvia Products (only those that do not need a precise temperature control) are delivered by express mail. Shipping expenses are Ls 5 and are covered by Buyer. Buyer must make his order until 9:00 during weekdays. Seller confirms every order by sending a respective confirmation e-mail to Buyer. If Buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail, order has not been registered. Buyer has the right to cancel his order not later than the intended date of delivery, 12:00. If Buyer cancels his order later, then Buyer must pay a full price for the fresh products (greens, berries, dairy produce, and others that have validity date less than 4 days). Order can be cancelled only by calling to telephone number +37126009897. Seller delivers order to Buyer the next day after ordering, if Buyer and Seller have not agreed otherwise, from 13:00 until 21:00. Seller does not guarantee delivery of all ordered products. When delivering Product, Seller hands out to Buyer an invoice-bill or receipt. Buyer undertakes to sign the invoice-bill or receipt the moment Buyer receives Product. Buyer pays for Product in cash or by credit card the moment Buyer receives Product. This contract is being translated according to laws of Republic of Latvia. Buyer confirms that he is acquainted with the rules and undertakes to observe the regulations. Buyer is aware that Seller has the right to change the regulations in this contract at any moment.

Making an order Buyer acknowledges that he is fully acquainted with the rules of this Contract and undertakes to observe them.
